Take time for yourself. Whether through our revitalising yin-yang yoga session, early morning walks in nature, or simply enjoying delicious home-cooked meals, this retreat is all about helping you pause and focus on you.
Reflect
Reflect on who you are as a leader and where you’re guiding your school. As part of the retreat, you'll receive a 1:1 executive 'roadmap' coaching session to help you assess your current position and map out your next steps.
Qigong Session: Rebalance & Reconnect
Begin your day with a gentle Qigong practice designed to restore energy, calm the mind, and ground you in the present moment. This moving meditation blends breath, posture, and mindful movement—helping Headteachers release tension, cultivate inner stillness, and reconnect with their sense of purpose. No experience needed—just an open heart and a willingness to slow down.
