Why choose this course?
- I know what it's like to be tired, frustrated and despairing one day then elated the next -Â I've been a headteacher too.Â
- I was head of a challenging coastal school and our hard work seemed to lead to painfully slow progress. Add to that the pressures from the Trust and an Ofsted inspection looming - I found myself compromising my health for a project I believed in but that started to grind me down.Â
- I developed a number of tools, with help from some amazing mentors and friends and was able to sustain my passion for 8 years.Â
In my course, LEAP!, I teach these tools and help you to find more balance in your role and your life.

"I want to say that I wholeheartedly recommend LEAP to others. You created such a welcoming and safe environment for discussion. It's often challenging to open up and engage in meaningful conversations, but your approach and leadership made it effortless. Your warmth and openness allowed myself and others to express our thoughts without hesitation, and that, in itself, greatly enhanced my learning experience.."
-Â Lisa Lane, Headteacher

"I really enjoyed LEAP and the support of other Heads in similar situations. I felt welcomed and I learned a lot. It was an amazing safe space to meet and reflect. Nadia has a knack for pulling people together and helping them connect, and I have been grateful for that this year. The materials she provides are also of high quality and I use them to refer back to often."
- Jane Prothero, Headteacher

"LEAP has given me the space and tools to support me with the issues I am facing in Headship. I’ve been able to transfer them into my practice and I’ve gained a network of other Headteachers to discuss key issues with and learn from. Nadia really understands the current pressures Heads are facing and has developed this course to support many aspects of it."
- Sarah Pabhu, Headteacher

"LEAP provided a safe and collaborative space for heads across the country to share experiences, knowledge and also fears and vulnerabilities. It focussed on us as people; our own values and beliefs, that shape our schools. I really enjoyed it. I would recommend it for any headteacher, new or old."
