IT'S A DAY DESIGNED FOR HEADTEACHERS WHO WANT TO:

CREATING INCLUSIVE CHANGE
Our world and our schools are shifting fast.
To meet that change, we need leaders who are unafraid to show up as their whole selves, and to build spaces where every child and adult can thrive.
Our keynotes will help you unmask, lead authentically, and see your school through a new lens.
THROUGH THE LENS OF THE CHILD WITH COMPLEX ADDITIONAL NEEDS
Step into the world of the child who experiences school differently. Challenge your assumptions and explore how empathy and design thinking can reshape inclusion.
PLAYING BIG
Stop shrinking to fit the system. Learn how to “play big” .
Lead boldly.
Dream bravely.
WORKSHOPS THAT GO DEEP:
- Reframe the narrative around neurodivergence
- Exploring your identity as a Headteacher and as a person
- Participate in a conversation about belonging, safety, and how we protect our most vulnerable students through understanding, compassion, and culture
- Explore how a genuine culture of belonging among staff can create true wellbeing - for everyone in your school community
- Explore creative strategies, advocacy tools, and approaches to ensure every child’s potential can be met sustainably
